Well, not *all* about it. But everybody has facebook now and that just seems so much better....but I like this.......*sigh* It reminds me of old times, old times that might never come back.

Here's the jist of what's happened since June:
I got the job, in the deli. It's alright, except I have to deal with gossiping old ladies who joke about....er....inappropriate things quite often, though they do something hush their voices so I won't hear. But most of them are nice, it's just when this one girl works, then they all gossip. And she works pretty much every day there sooo...yeah.
I've been keeping up with violin a lot, becoming more and more impassioned with it by the minute. Deep thrills run through my soul whenever I hear it being played, and to think that I can actually pick up that beautiful instrument and play some tunes on it....it's breathtaking. I want to get really good at it, teach it some day, or maybe perform with a small orchestra or fiddling band or something. I love fiddling!
Dancing is also another passion I've added to my list...in August I took Ballroom Dance lessons for a week at music camp, and loved it so much! Also, last Saturday after playing in the Fiddle Competition, I stayed for the old-time dance held afterward. There I danced my first waltz, with many very nice old gentlemen teaching me all the different dances and steps they do. It was a very fun-filled night and I will never forget it. Ever.
I lost a friend, I re-made another old friend who I had shunned a long time ago, and I re-made that same friend that I had lost only a few months before. So life is amazing, although we're never really be the same....
Looking back on my life now, I'm amazed at how much I've grown up. I honestly don't know how, or when, it all happened. It's like I suddenly woke up, and I'm all....different. I feel different. Sometimes I feel very old. It seems just like yesterday I was a giggly 16 year old, talking on the phone every night, without a care in the world except for boys and horses and my friends. And now....
A sentimental, musical sap who likes to go on and on about how much she's changed.

It's good to be back.

Jobs jobs jobs

I have a job interview at our local grocery store on Tuesday; I sure hope I can get a job there, even though I'd probably be put behind the till. Tills scare me I'd rather do something in their bakery or deli, where I can make the food instead of, well, tilling it.
And I have a santa claus door knob decoration thingy sitting beside me.

Home again, back home where we belong...

Those of you who haven't seen Wayne and Shuster wouldn't know what my title means I had a fantabulous trip down East, with my family. Saw so many things...but I can't begin to write it all down. I already tried on facebook, and found I missed out a whole bunch of stuff.
So, just glad to be home. How do you like the layout? I think the pink's a little pukey....but tell me what you think.

So...hmm

Um, yeah. Hi. Rottenest day of my life, don't want to talk about it. But I'd appreciate your prayers, every single person who's reading this, since I'm kind of going through something that's extremely emotionally trying.
This is a soooong for your pregnant kittyyyyy

Erm.....hi. Tony Scapony's having kittens again - this is her second batch. And yes, Tony Scapony is a girl. Gosh, I hope she doesn't have them while we're gone. We're letting the Garez look after Buck for a week, or until Danny comes back home. I so hope the poor cat doesn't have a nervous breakdown over there. Maybe he'll be able to lose some weight.
Stephen shot an otter on Tuesday! He heard the dogs barking and fighting with something over in the field, told me to get the .22 gun because whatever it was (we didn't know at the time) was doing a pretty good job in hurting Buddy and Weiser. So he shot it in the neck, the dogs finisehd it up, we took it to Uncle Carl, and he said it was an otter. Pretty weird, considering we're so far from the river. I guess the feller just hopped from swamp to swamp till it got here. I didn't even know we got otters at the river. Those things are major mean, I'm surprised the dogs only got a few scratches. Their hurts are getting better though.

I can't believe a few months ago I was complaining that nothing ever happens here. x_X

Eventfulness

Wow. Talk about an eventful weekend.

Mom and dad went to Saskatoon until Sunday afternoon, and guess who got to look after the kids from Friday afternoon till then? And guess who decided to be sick the entire weekend?

Friday wasn't too bad. Lynda was feeling alright that morning, and I was hoping she'd be ok, but by Friday night her fever went sky high and I had no idea what to do. She slept for about two and a half hours after supper, and Stephen and I were so bored I drove to town, got some chips, and then we watched a movie (A Bug's Life).

Saturday Lynda's fever was down again but she couldn't come to town (it was the Trade Fair so Stephen and I wanted to go). So I put on the Two Towers for her to watch while Stephen and I hopped in the truck and went to the fair. There was absolutely nothing there - except this crazy Christian Farmers lady who made us listen to this story about the beads that she didn't even get to finish because I cut her off with some arguments. Basically, she just wanted us to know that we're going to Heaven because we believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord, Amen Allelluia. So I quoted some Bible verses and she cut her story short. We did, however, end up getting some free walking sticks for having to sit and listen to her.

On the way back from town, just by our neighbour's place we spotted 15 beer bottles sitting in the ditch. Stop goes the truck, I reached out for one, and yelled out "ouch" right away because it ended up being cracked and I cut my thumb - my bow thumb!!! - on it. So I have a pretty nice scar, and playing violin hurts because of it. We did however manage to scrounge the 14 bottles - at 8 cents a bottle, we honestly couldn't just leave them sitting there.

Sunday Lynda woke up at quarter to nine, ate some rice krispees, and went to church with us. Leave it to her to be sick until mom and dad get home

There's my weekend.

Gangway the sickies!

Picture this: Stephen has altar servers swimming in Melfort today. Mom has to take him. Lynda's been sick since Tuesday. So I get to stay home and look after her. Heh. (and no, that's not a laughing "heh")
Poor Lynda, she has big circles under her eyes (I told her to sleep though) and she looks just awful. And I'm a little bit bored because I'm out of books to read.
I better go though.
Rheanne

Happy Christmas

Hey guys! So, from what I heard, yesterday at Mass Father told everyone "I'd like to wish you all a Happy Christmas". I'd have loved to see that.

Today Stephen, Lynda, and I went for our Easter Monday walk - which lasted about 15 minutes. Dad was laughing because it took us longer to pack than to bike there, eat, and come back. I wanted to walk, but oooh no, Stephen HAD to bike there. I hate it when people try to rush a trip.

I bought a new pair of shoes on Thursday. They're really nice, except they're just a teensy bit big because I got them for really cheap at the Bargain Shop (hey, it was my money I was spending), and I got them in the boys' section and they didn't have size 6. But they're still really nice and way better than my old ones that I got for $3 at Value Village.

Happy Easter folks :) God bless!

Yippee!!

I won $150 for "Ourstanding Achievements for the Saskatchewan Music Festival". 8) I'm sooo happy!
Brothers

My brother makes me nervous. He paces back and forth, slams doors, shoots that stupid tennis ball with that stupid hockey stick IN THE HOUSE, and walks so loud. And people wonder why I never want him around.

Mom accidently bought 4 litres of 3.24% milk. And WOWZA, is it good!! I'm making up excuses to drink as much as I can - it is, in my opinion, better than chocolate milk. And you all know how I cherish my chocolate milk.

Well, look at that, I need some calcium. Pardon me while I go fetch a glass of milk.
